Petitioner/Plaintiff has filed Final Decree Application on 22.11.2024 in the above suit to pass a final decree for partitioning the plaint schedule properties by metes and bounds and to allot his 7/9 shares therein. You are the respondent/6th defendant in this case. The said application is posted to 27.2.2026 for filing objection of the respondent/6th defendant. Take notice that if you have any objection in passing a final decree in the above case you may appear before the Munsiff's Court Thodupuzha at 11.00 a.m on 27.2.2026 in person or through your counsel/ advocate and file the objections. In case of your failure to do so, the above application filed by the petitioner will be decided exparte on 27.2.2026.
