Aged 51 years, W/o Balachandran Nair, residint at Aathira Bhavan, Elikulam P.O., Elikulam Village, Kanjirappally Taluk now residing on rent near Thiruvalla Medical Mission Hospital, Kodu ngoor, Vazhoor, P.O., Vazhoor Village, Changanacherry Taluk, Kottayam district. 2) Remya Balachandran Nair, Aged 31 years, D/o Balachandran Nair, Janaki Nivas, Muthoor P.O., Kuttupuzha Village, Thiruvalla Taluk, Pathanamthitta District.
The above numbered petition is filed by the 1st petitioner for recovering money from the first respondent Geetha E G, After the death of the father the only legal heirs, second petitioner and second respondent, were impleaded as legal heirs of the deceased original petitioner. Even though notice was served the 2nd respondent not appeared and remined exparte. Now a settlement has been arrived between the second petitioner and first respondent. But the 2nd respondent was not ready to appear before the court. The next posting date of the said petition is on 04-03-2026 If the second respondent has any objection to the settlement, she should appear before the Hon'ble Court personally or through your authorised agent on that date. Otherwise, the matter will be disposed of on merits.
