Whereas the above named petitioner have instituted petitions against you for divorce and maintenance for the child. The respondent (you) herein are hereby summoned to appear this court in person or by a pleader duly instructed on 19th day of July 2025 at 11.00 a.m. to answer the claim and you must be prepared to produce all the evidence and documents upon which you intend to rely in your defense. Take notice that in default of your appearance on the day before mentioned, the petition will be heard and determined in your absence.
