The petitioners herein have filed a application as FD No. 4/2024 in OS No. 5/2020 to pass a final decree in the said case. The petitioner have also filed a petition as IA No. 1/2024 to appoint a surveyor and an advocate commissioner to divide the property by metes and bounds and to prepare plan. The petitioner numbered FD No. 4/2024, stands posted to 2nd day April 2025 before the hon'ble sub court, Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala stae, India, hence the respondent are hereby directed to appear in person or through a pleader before the hon'ble court and plea objection if any.
