NOTICE

Please take notice that the above number execution petition is filed by the decree holder for executing the decree in O.S. No. 540/1984 of Munsiff Court, Muvattupuzha. The 1st and 2nd judgment debtor in the above execution petition was died and I have filed an impleading petition as E.A. No. 1/2024 to implead the legal heirs of the 1st and 2nd judgment debtors as proposed additional judgment debtors 10 to 19. Out of which notice to the proposed additional judgment debtor 10 to 12 were served who are the legal heirs of the 1st judgment debtor. The notice to the proposed additional judgment bebtors 13 to 19 were not served because of the reason that they are abroad. So you are hereby directed to appear on 20/05/26 at 11 A.M., before the Hon’ble Munsiff Court, Kothamangalam, directly or through pleader, failing which the above above execution petiion will be disposed off or pass orders in your absence.
